This is the part of the site where you buy things, and at the moment you cannot buy anything. We would rather say that plainly than put “coming soon” on a page and call it a shop.
We started in 2013 selling other people’s beans, because they were good and because somebody had to drive to Oceanside to get them. Cold brew came later and got all the attention. This is the older half of the company, and the half we actually missed.
How a drop works
- We pick one
- One lot a month. Not a range, not a subscription box.
- Forty bags
- That is the whole run. We would rather sell out than sit on stock.
- You reserve
- No card, no charge, no deposit. You are telling us you want one.
- We buy it
- Once we know the number. That is why the run is small and honest.
- Then it's gone
- No restock. The next month is a different coffee.
And the cold brew?
“We saved you a seat.”

The bottles come back in 2027 — or, as we say, soon’ish. Same two ingredients, same twenty-four hours, same bear. Beans first, though. That is where this started.
